Deriving Maximum Benefit

PTA aims to derive maximum benefit from the teaching-learning process and for all-round development of a student admitted to the diploma course. In our institution, the PTA plays a vital role in imparting quality education and fostering institutional growth.

It is an organization where all parents and teachers participate on equal grounds. Under the PTA's patronage and wholehearted cooperation, developments across across both academic and non-academic domains take place seamlessly.

Aim and Objectives

  • To promote the welfare of students and the college.
  • To create better understandings between parents and teachers and maintain harmonious relationship between the college and the external community.
  • To work for the improvement of the college with the united efforts of parents, teachers and higher authorities.
  • To help parents and students to adopt themselves to the changing concepts of society.

Membership

All parents and teachers shall become members automatically.

The Executive committee members are elected by the annual general body meeting held at the beginning of each academic session.

Major Activities

The Association conducts regular general body meetings and executive committee meetings to plan developments. Maximum PTA funds are utilized to improve the infrastructure facilities and other amenities for students.

The PTA provides advances for institutional activities when there are delays in receiving Government funds, ensuring student welfare projects are never halted.

PTA Funds & Outcomes

Generous allocation of PTA funds has helped the college with better facilities including:

  • State-of-the-art CAD Lab & Advanced Welding Lab
  • Canteen renovation and maintenance
  • New water tanks and essential utilities
  • Computing infrastructure and power backup systems
  • Well-furnished class rooms and student awards

Fund Management: All funds are deposited in the bank in the name of college PTA and the account is operated by the Treasurer with the consent of the Principal.
